1 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon powdered ginger
1 teaspoon powdered turmeric
1 teaspoon honey
Heat coconut milk in a microwave-safe cup for 1–2 minutes, or until heated thoroughly.
Stir in powdered ginger, turmeric, and honey until powders and honey are dissolved and thoroughly combined.

Multiple sclerosis is a terrifying disease that slowly degrades the myelin sheath of the neurons to the extent that the brain is no longer able to communicate with the muscles. Multiple sclerosis affects approximately 2.5 million people around the world, rendering the sufferers unable to communicate, move, or keep memory skills functional. With a simple dose of 50–100 mg of turmeric per day, patients observed showed a massive improvement in all symptoms—the progression of the disease was even halted in some cases. Multiple sclerosis sufferers can potentially find relief and regain the ability to enjoy life just by adding 1 teaspoon of turmeric to their diet!
